During the course of your time with Multiverse, you may wish to update details that you previously entered when you signed up. This guide will explain how apprentices can update personal information such as their name, email address, address, telephone number and preferred pronouns.

Step One: Log in to your Apprentice Homepage. This can be accessed by logging into https://platform.multiverse.io.

Step Two: Click on 'Home'

Step Three: In the top right-hand corner, click the person icon, and select 'User settings'.

Step Four: Select 'Personal info' or 'Address info'.

Step Five: Make the relevant changes and click save.
