https://check.multiverse.io
to test connectivity. Any issues flagged by the checker will need to be investigated and resolved to ensure seamless access to the core platforms and video conferencing used for live sessions.Ensure you run the 'Video Connectivity Test' to check compatibility with Multiverse Video Conferencing.
π© Stage 2: Essential Communication Allowlisting
Reliable receipt of critical programme communications from Multiverse is necessary for both apprentices and internal administrators.
Action: Ensure that Multiverse email addresses and domains are allowlisted within your organisation's email security systems (spam filters, firewalls). This includes:
Emails from the
@multiverse.io
domain (especially[email protected]
and[email protected]
).All Multiverse web domains (
*.multiverse.io
).Access to PandaDoc domains/IPs for programme documentation should also be confirmed.
πStage 3: Programme-Specific Software Access
Each Multiverse programme has specific software or tool requirements tailored to the curriculum and skills being developed. These requirements are in addition to the core platform access requirements.
Action: Identify the specific Multiverse programme(s) your apprentices are undertaking. Refer to the dedicated articles linked below for detailed lists of the software, tools, and access required for each programme category.
