What is PandaDoc?
PandaDoc is a cloud-based document management software that allows learners, their organisation and Multiverse coaches to sign necessary documentation and contractual agreements. PandaDoc is E-SIGN, EUTA, HIPPA and GDPR compliant and SOC 2 certified. More information about PandaDoc Security is available here.
PandaDoc is used to send Training Plans and Apprenticeship Agreements. These documents must be signed by all parties as part of the Multiverse partnership. These documents are required under ESFA funding rules and must be completed within 42 days from the start of an apprenticeship.
When do learners need access to PandaDoc?
To ensure all documentation is completed within the 42-day window, apprentices and their managers must be able to access and use PandaDoc 2 working days prior to their Flying Start.
