Overview
Through the Community Hub, you can access hundreds of events designed to help you practise skills for your apprenticeship, develop your leadership abilities, and network with other apprentices and alumni. This article is full of the most frequently asked questions about attending Community Events.
Where can I find the link to join an event?
Link to join events get sent to the following:
Registration confirmation email - triggered and sent to you from "Multiverse Community" after you sign up for the event.
A google calendar invite - sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the lead-up to the event.
Reminder email - sent a minimum of 1 hour before the event.
If you registered on the day of the event you may have missed the reminder email and/or the google calendar invite as these get sent at strict times. If you think this might have happened, get in touch with the event organiser, whose email address will be listed on the event’s page on the Community Hub.
What if I need to cancel my ticket?
If you can no longer attend and need to cancel your ticket, that’s totally fine. To cancel, click the button with your picture on the top right-hand corner of the Community Hub, and then click ‘My Events’ in the menu that opens up. Identify the ticket you’d like to cancel and click ‘See Order’, and then click ‘Cancel Complete Order’.
When will I be able to access a recording of an event?
Event recordings are typically uploaded within 5 working days of the event.
Where can I find the event recording?
Event recordings can be found in the Event Recordings folder on the Hub and are also uploaded to the event page within 5 working days of the event.
