Training Plan
Neurodiversity Assessment
Delivery Session Calendar Invites
If you are not receiving emails from Multiverse, follow the troubleshooting guidance to ensure that you receive important information about your apprenticeship program.
Troubleshooting Guidance
If you have not received any emails from Multiverse, take the following steps:
Confirm that you are checking the inbox of the email address you used to create your Multiverse account. To confirm or update your email address:
Log into your Multiverse account
Select drop down arrow next to name
Select edit details > update personal information
Update email address if necessary
Select save at the bottom of the page.
Check for the email in your spam/junk folder.
Check your email storage level to see if you have run out of space.
Check your inbox filters.
If the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, it’s possible that your organization has not 'allowlisted' Multiverse. An 'allowlist' is a cybersecurity strategy that approves a list of email addresses, IP addresses, domain names, or applications to perform certain actions. Once Multiverse has been 'allowlisted', communications will be sent to your organization’s domain without being filtered to the spam/junk folder. If you believe this is the case, contact your company’s IT department.
