A guide to help you if you’re having trouble logging on to the Community Hub.

Overview

The Community Hub is an online destination for Multiverse apprentices and alumni to network, discover, and attend world-class events and access career development opportunities such as mentoring.

This article is for those who are having issues accessing their Community Hub account. It’ll help you troubleshoot the most common issues with account access.


I’ve recently joined Multiverse and I can’t access the Hub

To access the Community Hub, you need to activate your account using single sign-on. Simply head to community.multiverse.io and click ‘Log-in with my Multiverse Account’ and follow the sign-up process. You’ll be able to access your account from the day before your Flying Start.

If you are unable to log in using SSO:

Click on ‘Request to Join’ and fill out the form, a member of the team will approve your request.

Alternatively, you may have received an invitation email from the Community, as the result of unsuccessful log-in, if so, please use the link in this email to activate your account.

If you’ve activated your account and you’re having trouble:

Request a password reset link and try logging in with email and password (below ‘Log-in with my Multiverse Account’)

If you have requested a password reset link and it hasn’t arrived:

If you haven’t received the email, it will usually be because it’s gone to another one of your email inboxes. Have a look through your accounts, including checking through spam, and let us know if you still can’t find it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I change the email address associated with my account?

    • Yes - once you’re logged into the Hub, click on your icon on the top right of the page, and go to ‘My Profile’. Under ‘Contact’, click ‘Edit’, scroll down to ‘Emails’, and enter your preferred email address. Click ‘Save’.

  • Do I lose access to the Community Hub after my apprenticeship?

    • No! As a Multiverse Alumni, you’ll retain life-long access to the Community.
