Private Location: The Apprentice must occupy a quiet, private room alone for the entire duration of the EPA.
Clear Workspace: The desk and surrounding area must be free of all materials, papers, or digital devices not explicitly authorised for the Applied Learning demonstration.
Identification Requirements: The Apprentice must place a valid photographic ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license) on the desk. If the name on the ID does not match The Platform records, the Apprentice must contact Multiverse Support before the assessment date.
Technical Setup and Hardware Specifications
A stable technical configuration is required to prevent assessment interruptions. The Apprentice is responsible for testing all equipment on The Platform or third-party software prior to the start time.
Computing Device: The Apprentice must use a laptop or PC connected to a reliable power source.
