Navigating your End-Point Assessment (EPA) can feel like a significant step, but you're not alone. Multiverse provides support throughout this period.
Who is my key point of contact during the EPA period?
Your primary point of contact during the EPA process will be your Success Coach. Your original coach will step back during this period, and you will be appointed a success coach who specialises in the EPA window. They are experts in your specific apprenticeship course and are there to help guide you through the various aspects of the EPA.
Introduction: 7 days after you complete your Gateway (the formal sign-off for EPA readiness) and officially begin your EPA period, you will receive an email introducing you to your EPA Success Coach. This email will typically include a link allowing you to book time with them.
What Your Success Coach Can Help With: Your Success Coach can help you understand:
The structure and components of your EPA.
Timelines and key dates.
General guidance on how to prepare.
Where to find relevant resources.
Navigating administrative processes related to the EPA.
Important Regulatory Note (ESFA Guidelines): While your Success Coach and Multiverse are here to support and encourage you, it's important to understand a key regulation from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). During the active End-Point Assessment (EPA) period, Multiverse cannot provide:
Coaching that directly relates to the content of your assessment tasks.
Feedback on your EPA work (e.g., your Work-Based Project draft, presentation rehearsals specifically for the EPA).
Any support that could be seen as influencing the assessment outcome or your grade.
Mock interviews.
This regulation is in place to ensure the independence and fairness of the EPA.
Despite this limitation on direct assessment input, we are absolutely here to provide general guidance, answer your process-related questions, offer encouragement, and help you feel as prepared as possible. We're here to help you succeed!
