Understanding EPA Interview Bookings
Once you've completed your gateway meeting and all your necessary documents have been approved, your End-Point Assessment (EPA) will be scheduled by your assigned End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). Here’s a breakdown of what to expect based on your EPAO:
Accelerate People (AP):
After your gateway is approved, AP will book your EPA interview date, taking into account any dates you have indicated you are unavailable on the gateway form.
You will receive an email titled ‘End Point Assessment’ confirming this date. This email will consider any unavailability you submitted on your gateway form.
Please allow up to 10 working days for this process after your gateway forms have been processed by your exam board.
If your apprenticeship programme includes a Work-Based Project (WBP), you'll receive the ‘End Point Assessment’ email the day before your WBP officially starts. This email will confirm your WBP start date, submission deadline, and your EPA assessment date.
1st for EPA:
Your EPA interview will be booked taking into account the unavailability you provided on your gateway form.
You will receive an email confirmation of your EPA date within 2 working days after your gateway forms have been processed by your exam board.
Receiving Your Confirmation: Regardless of your EPAO, you should expect to receive a booking confirmation email from them after your gateway process is complete. Typically, this confirmation arrives within 10 working days.
If more than 10 working days have passed since your gateway approval and you haven't received your EPA interview confirmation, please check your junk/spam email folder first. If it's not there, contact the Multiverse support team for assistance.
I can no longer make my EPA interview
