This guide will help you locate, access, and manage your surveys within the platform. Your coach will typically advise you when you need to fill in a survey. In addition to this, you might receive an email notification. You do not need to follow the link in the email to fill in the survey; you can simply log in to the platform and locate the correct survey.
Accessing Surveys
You can typically find your Surveys on the same page as all of your Modules. Here's how:
Locate the navigation tab on the left side of your screen.
Find and click on "Learning".
Find and click the "Onboarding and Supporting Tools" dropdown to expand it. The Apprentice's surveys are listed within this section.
Advanced Search: Use Control+F (Windows) or Command+F (Mac) on the page and type "Surveys" to quickly find it.
Once you click into this, you can find the relevant Survey based on the heading option on the left side. These may include:
Impact Surveys
Coaching Surveys
Beginning of Program Survey
End of Program Survey
Gateway Survey
Important Note on Survey Generation:
For recurring surveys such as Coaching Surveys and Impact Surveys, a new survey is generated once you complete and submit the current empty one. This ensures there is a new one to complete next time it is due.
However, new surveys are not automatically generated for the Beginning of Program Survey, End of Program Survey, or Gateway Survey, as these are one-off submissions.
Modifying Survey Responses
Editing or Reopening: Currently, there is no option to reopen or edit your response or submission for surveys once it has been submitted.
Withdrawing or Removing Responses: If you would like a survey response or submission fully removed, please contact support.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see Surveys on the Learning page
If you have been fully onboarded, had your flying start, and can also see the "Welcome to MV onboarding" or similar Modules, Surveys are visible within the "Onboarding and Supporting Tools" dropdown on the Learning page.
Sometimes, the Modules or tools might be slightly out of order and located in between each other, so please review the page carefully or use Control+F (Windows) or Command+F (Mac) to search on the page for "Surveys".
