How to log in and troubleshoot issues with accessing the Community Hub

The Community Hub is a vital online platform specifically designed for Multiverse apprentices and alumni. This resource centre facilitates networking, attendance at high-calibre events, and access to career development tools including mentoring opportunities. This article provides detailed guidance for apprentices experiencing difficulties in accessing their Community Hub accounts. It outlines solutions for common login issues and other access-related problems.


Accessing Your Community Hub Account

If you are new to Multiverse or have encountered issues with logging into the Community Hub, follow these troubleshooting steps to gain access:

Activating Your Account

To access the Community Hub, activation of your account is required through a single sign-on (SSO) process. To do this:

  1. Click on ‘Log-in with my Multiverse Account’.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-up process.

Access is typically available from the day before the start of your Flying Start program.

If unable to log in using SSO:

  • Click on ‘Request to Join’ and complete the form provided. A team member will review and approve your request.

  • Alternatively, check your email for an invitation from the Community Hub, especially if your login attempt was unsuccessful. Use the link in this email to activate your account.

Issues After Activating Your Account

If your account is activated but you’re still unable to log in:

  • Look for an option to request a password reset link directly below the ‘Log-in with my Multiverse Account’ button.

  • Click it and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

If you haven't received a password reset email:

  • Verify all your email inboxes, including the spam or junk folder, to find the password reset email.

  • If the email is still not found, contact support for further assistance.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

  • Yes - you can change your email once you are logging into the Community Hub:

    • Click on your profile icon at the top right of the page.

    • Navigate to ‘My Profile’, then ‘Contact’ and click ‘Edit’.

    • Scroll down to ‘Emails’, where you can enter your new email address and click ‘Save’.

Do I lose access to the Community Hub after my apprenticeship?

  • No! As a Multiverse Alumni, you maintain lifelong access to the Community Hub, allowing you to leverage the resources and networks available there continually.
