Step One: Access Your Account
First, visit the following URL to log into your account on the Multiverse platform: https://platform.multiverse.io. Ensure you have your login credentials ready.
Step Two: Navigate to the Dashboard
Once logged in, click on the 'Home' button. This will direct you to your main apprentice dashboard where you can access various user-specific resources and settings.
Step Three: User Settings
In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, you will find a person icon. Click this icon and select 'User settings' from the dropdown menu to proceed to your account settings.
Step Four: Select Information Type
You will see options for different types of information you can update. Click on 'Personal info' to update your name or telephone number. Choose 'Address info' to update your home address or similar details. If it is your email address that you want to update, and there is no option for this, please get in touch with our Support Team via the widget in the bottom right-hand corner of this page, and they will be able to change this for you.
