Apprentice Onboarding: Your Step-by-Step Action Guide

Navigating the Multiverse Onboarding Journey

To ensure a successful Programme Start, The Apprentice must navigate a series of milestones. While some steps are strictly sequential, others can be completed in parallel to expedite enrolment. Completion of all tasks is mandatory to unlock Atlas.

1. Monitor Application Status

After submitting an application on The Platform, The Apprentice should monitor their email inbox for a Confirmation Email.

  • Action: Check junk and spam folders regularly.

  • Timeline: No further action is required until the application has been reviewed by the Multiverse team.

2. Sign the Training Plan (PandaDoc or DocuSign)

The Training Plan is a mandatory compliance document. The Apprentice must sign this document first to trigger the notification for The Apprentice Manager.

If using PandaDoc (Standard)

  • Delivery Timing: The Apprentice will receive an email from PandaDoc no later than two working days before the Flying Start date.

  • Action: Review and sign the document immediately.

  • Outcome: Once The Apprentice signs, an automated signature link is sent to The Apprentice Manager.

If using DocuSign (Client Specific)

Manual Process: Some employers require DocuSign. This is a manual process that may take longer than the automated PandaDoc flow.

Note: Unlike PandaDoc, DocuSign does not sync automatically with The Platform. If The Apprentice has signed via DocuSign, the "Outstanding" task alert on the homepage may be safely ignored.

Manager Changes

If The Apprentice Manager changes at any point, the Training Plan is automatically reissued. The Apprentice must sign the new version, even if a previous version was already completed.

3 & 4. Enrolment Tasks (Parallel Steps)

Once the Training Plan is signed, The Apprentice must complete the following two tasks. These can be done in any order or simultaneously, but both must be finished before attending Flying Start.

3. Complete the Induction Form

Submit required regulatory data to Multiverse.

  • Location: Locate the Tasks section on The Platform homepage.

  • Required Data: Have your Unique Learner Number (ULN), National Insurance (NI) Number, and Date of Birth (DOB) ready.

  • Note: The Induction Form and the Onboarding Modules can be completed in parallel, but both must be finished before Flying Start.

4. Complete Onboarding Modules

Complete digital modules that introduce The Mission and the Applied Learning model.

  • Action: Complete all assigned modules in full.

  • Critical Dependency: The Apprentice will be unable to access course content until modules are 100% complete. Note: Atlas additionally requires Flying Start attendance—see Section 5.

5. Attend Flying Start

Flying Start is the final mandatory interactive workshop before the official Programme Start.

  • Action: Attend the scheduled session in full.

  • The Atlas Gate: Atlas will only appear on The Platform once The Apprentice has finished the Onboarding Modules AND their Flying Start attendance has been processed.

6. Official Programme Start

On this date, The Apprentice begins their full-time Applied Learning and regular cadence with their Coach.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Questions

Answers

Question: Why hasn't my Manager received the Training Plan signature link?

Answer: The signature process is strictly sequential. The Apprentice Manager will only receive their link after The Apprentice has successfully signed the document. The Apprentice should verify their own signature is complete first.

Question: Where do I find my Induction Form?

Answer: The Apprentice can find the Induction Form within the Tasks section on The Platform homepage.

Question: Why is Atlas not showing on my dashboard?

Answer: Atlas requires two conditions: (1) Completion of Onboarding Modules and (2) Attendance at Flying Start. If both are finished but Atlas is still missing, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of The Platform completely.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  3. Log back in using a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

If Atlas remains missing after these steps, contact the Multiverse Support Team to resolve a potential technical account issue.
