Being part of the correct Group on the Community Hub is essential for your experience. Your Group filters the content you see, ensuring that the Events and updates visible to you are relevant to your specific programme.
If you find that you are not in a particular Group, or if your event feed seems empty or incorrect, you can search for and request to join the correct group manually.
How to find and join your Group
Navigate to the Community Hub: Locate the search bar at the top of the page.
Search for your Programme:
If you know the name of the course you are doing, type the programme name into the search bar.
Alternatively, you can simply type "hub" into the search bar to see a list of available hubs.
Filter by Groups: In the search results, select the Groups tab (as shown in the screenshot below) to narrow down the results.
Join: Locate the correct group for your cohort or programme and select Request to join.
Tip: Once you are added to the correct group, your Events feed will automatically update to show the sessions relevant to you.
