Accessing The Line Manager Dashboard

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This guide provides information on how to access and use the Line Manager Dashboard to support your apprentice.

Introducing the Line Manager Dashboard

The Line Manager dashboard is designed to give you the insights you need to effectively support your apprentice. Key benefits include:

  • A single, clear view: See your apprentice's learning schedule, current projects, and support status all in one place, saving you time.

  • Proactive support alerts: An at-a-glance status flag immediately lets you know if your apprentice is falling behind, allowing you to offer support early.

  • More informed conversations: Quickly see which projects your apprentice has submitted and how they are engaging with their coaching, helping you to have more meaningful discussions about their progress.

  • Track key metrics: Easily monitor progress against mandatory 'off-the-job' learning hours and see all their key programme dates at a glance.

How do I get access to the Line Manager Dashboard?

Line Managers can access the dashboard at this link: https://customer-beta.multiverse.io/welcome

  • Access to the Manager Dashboard is an automated process, so there's no need for you to request it.

  • When an apprentice joins a Multiverse programme, they provide their manager's details during their application. Once the apprentice is approved to start, their manager automatically receives a welcome email with a secure link to set up their account.

  • Once logged in, you will have immediate access to the dashboard for your apprentice(s).

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't find my welcome email, or the link has expired. What should I do?

  • If you can't find your welcome email or the activation link has expired, please contact our Support team for assistance.

I can't see all of my apprentices. Why might this be?

  • There are a couple of common reasons for this:

    • Enrollment status: Apprentices will only be displayed on your dashboard once they have successfully enrolled (i.e., attended their flying start session or completed their onboarding modules).

    • Incorrect manager details: If you can't see an apprentice, it may be because they have not listed you as their current manager in their profile. Apprentices can check and update this information in the "Account settings" section of their profile.
