There are several reasons why modules might disappear from your dashboard, such as filters hiding completed modules, program transitions, or visibility settings. This system behaviour helps keep your learning area streamlined and emphasises ongoing tasks, but solutions are available to make hidden modules visible again.
Common Reasons for Missing Modules and Solutions
If you want to understand why specific modules are not visible or check your completion history, you can easily adjust the settings to restore visibility. Here are some common scenarios and steps to resolve the issue:
Navigate to the main 'Learning' tab.
In the top right-hand corner of the page, you will see a button labelled 'Show completed modules'.
Click this button.
Once you click it, all your previously completed modules will reappear in your list, alongside your outstanding ones. You can toggle this view on and off as needed.
Additionally, modules might become temporarily hidden due to transitions between programs or specific visibility settings. For instance, taster or introductory modules often disappear after enrolling in your main program, and visibility toggles can help you manage which modules to display or hide.
