Introducing Instant Project Feedback

Introducing Instant Feedback

Say goodbye to waiting for project feedback! With our new Instant Feedback feature, Atlas will provide unlimited reviews on your Multiverse projects, right when you need it. This powerful feature is designed to help you iterate faster and produce your best work.

How it works

Built using OpenAI and the tools we've developed internally, Instant Feedback has been carefully prompted and tested to provide accurate, consistent feedback within Atlas, your always-available AI Coach. Human oversight is still in place: if you ever query or disagree with project feedback, it is analysed by our human experts to improve the system, ensuring accuracy and confidence.

We'll be rolling Instant Feedback out to apprentices throughout July—keep an eye on your inbox to hear when it is live for your cohort. Please note, if you are enrolled in a L5 or L6 degree-awarding programme, this won't apply to you.

How to access Instant Feedback and resubmit for unlimited reviews

Step 1: Locate Your Feedback

Once you have submitted your project, you will need to wait approximately five minutes for the automated feedback to be generated. After this time, a button to view your feedback will become available on the project page.

The text on this button will depend on your project's result:

  • You will see a "Continue project" button if your project receives a 'Needs More Work' status.

  • You will see a "Reflect on feedback" button if your project receives a 'Meets' or 'Exceeds Expectations' status.

Step 2: Engage with Your Feedback

Click the button ('Continue project' or 'Reflect on feedback') to proceed. On the next screen, you will be asked to complete two actions:

  1. Indicate Your Agreement: Choose one of the following options:

    • Agree: You agree with the highlighted strengths and areas for development.

    • Somewhat Agree: You mostly agree with the highlighted strengths and areas for development.

    • Disagree: You do not agree with the highlighted strengths and areas for development.

  2. Add a Comment: Reflect on the feedback you received and write a brief comment. If you select 'Disagree', please use this comment to clearly explain why so that it can be considered by the appropriate team.

Once you have added your comment and selected your agreement level, submit your reflection. If you have any questions about your feedback, reach out to your coach via coach chat.

Step 3: How to Resubmit Your Project

With the Instant Feedback feature, you are granted unlimited reviews. You are encouraged to implement your feedback and resubmit as many times as you like. The goal is to achieve at least a "Meets Expectations" status for all projects by the conclusion of your programme.

To resubmit, after you have submitted your reflection in Step 2, you will see a "Back to submission" button. Clicking this will return you to the project page, where you will now find the option to edit and resubmit your work.
