Support and Next Steps If You Don't Pass Your EPA
Receiving the news that you haven't passed your End-Point Assessment (EPA) can be disheartening, but it's important to know that support is available to help you move forward. Learners are permitted one (1) opportunity to resubmit an EPA following an initial unsuccessful attempt. A technical fail issued due to the learner failing to submit an EPA by the designated deadline will be counted as one (1) attempt. Any request for a second or subsequent resubmission attempt requires explicit approval from Multiverse.
Notification: If you do not pass your EPA, you will be notified via email. This notification will also be sent to your line manager and your Multiverse Success Coach.
What the Email Will Contain: The email will clearly state that you have not passed. Importantly, it will also outline the immediate next steps and explain the support system that will be put in place to help you with a resubmission or retake, depending on the assessment component.
Your Success Coach is Key: You will be asked to schedule a call with your Success Coach. This call is a crucial step. Your Success Coach will:
Provide a detailed explanation of your results and the areas where improvement is needed.
Clearly outline the next steps in the process.
Guide you through the resubmission or retake requirements.
Discuss the support available to you as you prepare again.
Multiverse is committed to helping you succeed, and your Success Coach will be your primary point of contact to navigate this period and work towards a successful outcome.
