Receiving your EPA Certificate
Once you've successfully passed your End-Point Assessment (EPA) and received your results, you will also receive an official certificate.
EPA Certificate Timeline:
You should expect to receive your EPA certificate approximately three months after your results have been communicated to you. This certificate is your formal recognition of achieving competence in your apprenticeship.
EPA Certificate Delivery Details:
Certificates are typically sent to your employer's address.
If you need the certificate sent to a different address, it may be possible to change the delivery address by informing your End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) before your EPA takes place. Please discuss this with your EPAO or Multiverse support if needed.
Issues with Your Certificate:
If it has been more than three months and you have not received your certificate, or it has arrived damaged, please contact our support team. If necessary, they will contact the EPAO on your behalf to request a replacement certificate. Please be aware that if a reprint is issued, it can take another 15 working days (or potentially longer, depending on the EPAO) from the date the reprint is requested for you to receive it.
