Receiving your EPA Certificate
Once you've successfully passed your End-Point Assessment (EPA) and received your results, you will also receive an official certificate.
EPA Certificate Timeline:
Most Apprentices receive their EPA certificate within about one month of their result. Allow up to three months before raising a query. This covers busy periods, the time your EPAO takes to claim the certificate, and up to 15 working days for it to arrive in the post. The certificate is your formal recognition of achieving competence in your apprenticeship.
EPA Certificate Delivery Details:
Your certificate is issued through the government's apprenticeship service after your EPAO confirms your completion. It is not sent by Multiverse or by your EPAO directly.
By default, your certificate is posted to your employer's address on record, not your home address.
If you want it sent to a different address, say so at your Gateway meeting so it is recorded on your Gateway form. If you need to change the address after Gateway, contact the Multiverse Support Team.
Issues with Your Certificate:
If it has been more than three months and you have not received your certificate, or it has arrived damaged or at the wrong address, contact the Multiverse Support Team. Support passes your case to the Multiverse EPA team, who coordinate a replacement. Check with your Apprentice Manager first, as the certificate is normally posted to your employer's address. A replacement can take several weeks from the date it is requested.
