When and how will I receive my EPA results?

When will I get my EPA results, how long after my EPA do results take, EPA results within 10 working days, how will I be notified of my EPA result, and what to do if my results are late or missing.

Receiving EPA results

After you've completed all parts of your End-Point Assessment (EPA), you'll naturally be keen to know your results.

You will receive one of four possible grades:

  • Distinction

  • Merit

  • Pass

  • Fail

Timeline for receiving EPA Results:

  • Your EPA results will be processed and sent to you within 10 working days after the completion of your final assessment component. Most results arrive sooner. The full 10 days applies when your EPAO needs additional moderation or quality checks.

How you'll be notified:

  • Your EPA results will be emailed to you directly. This email is usually sent around 5:00 PM (UK time) on the day your results become available.

  • Multiverse receives these results from your End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), and we then promptly communicate them to you.

Important checks:

  • When the time comes, please check your primary email inbox.

  • Also, be sure to check your junk or spam folder, just in case the results email has been filtered there.

If it has been more than 10 working days since you completed your final assessment component and you still have not received your results, contact the Multiverse Support Team for assistance. They can look into the status of your results.
