Meet Atlas

Multiverse Atlas is an intelligent, always-available AI Guide embedded directly into your learning platform. It supports you throughout your apprenticeship by offering personalised, context-aware guidance - helping you study more effectively, deliver impactful projects, and navigate your programme with confidence.

Atlas doesn't just provide answers; it helps you reflect, problem-solve, and apply what you are learning to your job role.

Atlas is available to you as soon as your onboarding period begins and remains active throughout your entire programme.

You can find Atlas on every page of your learning platform.

Look for the "Ask Atlas" button or the Atlas logo in the top right navigation.

What Atlas Can Do

Atlas adapts its approach based on what you need at that moment. When you send a message, Atlas assesses your intent - the specific goal you are trying to achieve - to determine which guidance strategy will be most helpful.

1. Your Socratic Tutor

Instead of simply giving you the answer, Atlas acts as a thinking partner. It asks insightful questions to help you reach your own conclusions, which builds lasting problem-solving skills and deeper understanding.

  • Context-aware guidance: Atlas knows exactly which learning page you are currently viewing. You don’t need to explain the background; Atlas sees the content on your screen and provides guidance tailored to the specific topic you are studying.

  • Highlight to ask: You can highlight any section of text on a learning page and ask Atlas for specific help with that exact sentence or paragraph.

2. Your Project Thought Partner

Projects are central to your apprenticeship. Atlas helps you succeed by:

  • Generating ideas: It suggests project ideas that align with your specific job role and responsibilities.

  • Structuring work: It helps you clarify your ideas, evidence your impact, and connect your work to your business context.

  • Understanding tasks and KSBs: Atlas references the specific Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) underpinning your tasks so you understand exactly what you are developing and why it matters.

3. Your General Guide to Multiverse

Atlas is the single entry point for practical support.

  • Instant answers: Get immediate help with platform navigation, technical issues, deadlines, or submission requirements.

  • Resource sourcing: It retrieves information directly from the Multiverse support hub to surface relevant support articles.

  • Seamless connection to human experts: Atlas knows its limits. If your question is sensitive or requires human judgement, it will triage and escalate the conversation to your coach or the support team, providing a conversation summary so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
