Where to Find Your Learning Modules

You can access all your learning modules in two easy ways:

  1. Via your Apprentice Homepage:

    1. Log in to your apprentice homepage at home.multiverse.io.

    2. Click the "Modules" tab located in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Directly via the Learning Platform:

    1. Go directly to my.multiverse.io and log in with your existing Multiverse login.

Understanding the Different Module Types

Within the "Modules" section, you may find these categories:

Programme Modules (Core Learning):

  • This section contains all the modules essential to your apprenticeship programme, including onboarding materials. It will be titled the same name as your apprenticeship programme. You'll also find supporting tools like surveys here. Onboarding modules should be visible at least 48 hours before your flying start date, whereas programme modules should be visible on your flying start date.

Functional Skills Modules (Maths & English):

  • These modules include a diagnostic assessment and personalised learning pathway for those who need to study towards formal maths and English qualifications as part of their apprenticeship programme. If you have opted out of functional skills, these modules are optional.

Quick Skill Modules (Optional):

  • Some users will have short, focused modules designed to help them develop specific skills. They are entirely optional, allowing you to tailor your learning to your individual needs.

Troubleshooting Common Module Issues

I only see Maths or English modules, but not both

  • You can easily switch between your Maths and English modules. Look for a drop-down menu at the top of the modules page to navigate between the two.

I see a message saying, 'I am not enrolled in any programmes'

  • This message is normal before your modules are activated.

    • Onboarding modules will appear at least 48 hours before your "Flying Start."

    • Programme modules will be available on your “Flying Start" day.

    • Functional skills modules will appear within a few days of your "Flying Start" day unless you have supplied acceptable evidence of existing level 2 maths and English qualifications.

I see Maths and English modules, but I opted out of functional skills

  • These modules will appear for all learners who haven't provided proof of existing level 2 maths and English qualifications. If you have officially opted out of functional skills exams, you do not need to complete these modules. You can safely ignore them.
