How to Access and Download Content for Offline Viewing

Select the Desired Content

  • Step 1: Log into the My Multiverse platform.

  • Step 2: Navigate and select the module or page you wish to access offline. For the purpose of this guide, let's assume the chosen module is AI, Agents, and Machine Learning.

Prepare the Content Page

  • Step 1: Once on the chosen content page, ensure to expand all transcripts and dropdown menus. This step is crucial as it allows you to access video transcripts, glossaries, and detailed descriptions offline.

Download the Content

For Google Chrome

  1. Click the vertical dotted line icon in the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Select 'Print' from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the print settings:

    1. Choose 'Save as PDF' under the Destination menu.

    2. Set the Layout to 'Landscape'.

    3. From 'More Settings', adjust:

      • Paper Size to 'A2' or larger, which provides ample white space for note-taking.

      • Ensure 'Background graphics' are selected.

      • For printing purposes, adjust the scale to 60% to include additional white space on an A4 printout.

  4. Click 'Save', and the file will download into your downloads folder.

For Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the horizontal dotted line icon in the top right corner.

  3. Follow similar settings as in Chrome:

  4. Set the Destination to 'Save as PDF'.

    • Choose 'Landscape' as the Layout.

    • Adjust 'Paper Size' and 'Background graphics' under More Settings.
