Overview

Commencement is a special event celebrating apprentices who have successfully completed their apprenticeship with Multiverse. This in-person celebration offers an opportunity to honour your achievements, network with peers, Multiverse leaders, and coaches, and mark the completion of your apprenticeship journey.

Event Overview

Commencement is geared towards apprentices who finished their programmes between November 2023 and May 2024. This event is a joyous occasion to reflect on your achievements, network, and have fun.

  • When: 7pm-10pm, 25th July 2024

Location

  • Where: RSA, 8 John Adam St, London WC2N 6EZ, Charing Cross, London

Agenda

  1. 7:00 PM: Arrival, drinks, canapes, and LinkedIn photo booth opportunity

  2. 7:45 PM: Alumni Awards

  3. 8:15 PM: Networking time and drinks

  4. 10:00 PM: Doors close

How Do I Register?

Spaces for the Alumni Networking and Awards Night are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register for the event on the Community Hub. Look out for the announcement on the Events page and in your email inbox.

Is there a dress code?

  • While there is no strict dress code, we recommend semi-formal attire. Choose an outfit that makes you feel confident, professional, and comfortable for the event.

Will there be food and beverages provided?

  • Yes, drinks and canapes will be provided. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies during the registration process so that we can accommodate your needs.

Can I invite a plus one to the event?

  • We do not have the capacity for a plus one at this time. If this changes, attendees will be informed.

The Alumni Awards exist:

  • To celebrate the achievements and impact you have had in your workplaces, in the community, and beyond.

  • To give you a sense of accomplishment at the end of your programme.
