Troubleshooting steps for apprentices who are not receiving calendar invites for delivery sessions

For apprentices engaged in the Multiverse programme, delivery sessions are a crucial component of the learning experience. This article guides apprentices on how to manage and troubleshoot calendar invites to ensure they are aware of when these sessions will take place.


How will I receive session invites?

Delivery sessions are mandatory instructional sessions that are pre-scheduled as part of your training plan; these include instructor-led module workshops and hackathons. These sessions should be visible here. Delivery session invites will be sent in one go shortly after your Flying Start to ensure you have visibility of these over the course of your apprenticeship.

Coaching sessions, launch meetings and progress reviews will be scheduled separately by your coach closer to the time, based on your mutual availability. These won't show up on your platform sessions page, but you should receive an invite once you have agreed a date with your coach or if you have booked via Calendly.

  • Currently, invites are sent only to the registered email address on your Multiverse profile. Ensure that this email is one you regularly check. Optionally, you may forward emails from this account to another email if desired.
