Missed an information session? Recordings, slides and dates

For anyone applying for a Multiverse apprenticeship. Explains what an information session is, how to get the recording or slides if you missed one, what to do if no dates are showing, whether there is an application clinic you can attend, and where to go

What is an information session?

An information session is a live session for people who are thinking about applying for a Multiverse apprenticeship. It covers what an apprenticeship is, which programmes are available to you, the learning and time commitment, and how to apply. Sessions are only available to people at companies that have partnered with Multiverse.

This article is for people who are applying. If you're already an apprentice and missed a learning session, see Coaching or Group Learning session absence.

I missed my information session. Can I get the recording or slides?

If you registered for a session, you should get an automated follow-up email with the slides. Sessions are recorded, but we don't send the recording out automatically. If you'd like it, or you didn't get the slides, ask us and the team will send them to you. They aren't on The Platform.

  1. Go to the Multiverse Support Hub and open the support chat. You don't need to sign in.

  2. Say you missed an information session and would like the recording or slides.

  3. Give your full name, your company, and the date of the session if you know it.

Where do I find the dates for the next session?

Information sessions are set up when your company agrees a deal with Multiverse. We then send a register your interest form to people at your company, and you choose the dates you can attend.

If the form shows no dates, there are none left, because the available dates have passed. Reach out to your employer, as the application deadline may have passed.

The deadline has passed. Can I still apply?

It depends. A late application or an extension needs agreement from your employer and the Multiverse account team, so we can't promise one.

If you need more time, tell us in the support chat which company and programme you mean, and why you missed the deadline. We'll check with your employer's team.

I attended a session, but I have more questions. What can I do?

If you have questions, read the articles on the Multiverse Support Hub first. The answer may already be there.

If you need more support, make a support ticket through the support chat on the Support Hub. You don't need to sign in.

Is there an application clinic I can go to?

An application clinic is a short, informal question-and-answer session to help you if you get stuck on your application. Clinics run during busy application periods, but not every company has one.

Check the invitation and follow-up emails from your employer or Multiverse for clinic dates. If you cannot find any, ask in the support chat whether a clinic is available for your company. Give your full name, your company and the programme you are applying for. If there is no clinic, the team can still help you with your application.
