How to Remove a Completed Project From Your Portfolio Export
Once a Project submission reaches Completed status, there is no option to withdraw or delete it from The Platform. If an Apprentice does not want a completed project included in their portfolio, the project must be removed after exporting rather than before.
Why the Withdraw Option Disappears
The withdraw option only appears while a project is Awaiting Review and not currently locked for marking. Once a project reaches Completed status, the withdraw option is removed permanently. This rule applies to both regular programme projects and End Point Assessment (EPA) work-based projects.
How to Remove a Completed Project From Your Portfolio
Export the portfolio as usual.
Open the exported file.
Delete the unwanted project entry from the file directly.
The Platform does not currently support excluding a completed project from the export itself. Removing the project from the exported file is the only available method.
