Shift workers are eligible to apply for a Multiverse programme. Use the invitation link from the email in the normal way. There is no separate application route for shift workers.
If the Shift Pattern in the Application Is Wrong
Working hours and shift patterns are eligibility answers, so they can be reviewed. If the shift pattern recorded in the application is wrong, ask for a review through the support chat on this Support Hub.
Contact the Multiverse Support Team through the support chat and explain that the shift pattern is wrong.
Share evidence of the actual shift pattern, for example a rota or a contract.
Wait for the decision. The team aims to reply within 2 working days, longer if evidence is slow to arrive.
