How to Request a Letter Confirming Your Apprenticeship

Request an official Letter of Confirmation of Apprenticeship from Multiverse as proof of enrolment for a bank, landlord, council tax, or student discount. Covers what the letter includes and how to ask for one.

Multiverse can provide an official letter that confirms you are enrolled on an apprenticeship programme. This article explains what the letter is, when to use it, and how to request one.

What the Confirmation Letter Is

The Letter of Confirmation of Apprenticeship is an official document from Multiverse. It confirms that you are enrolled on an apprenticeship programme. The letter states your full name, your programme, your start date, and your end date.

This letter is different from your enrolment email. The enrolment email is the automatic message you receive when you join. The confirmation letter is a formal document that Support produces on request.

When to Use the Letter

You can use the confirmation letter as proof of enrolment for a range of purposes. Common examples include a bank or building society, a landlord or letting agent, a council tax application, or a student discount scheme such as UNiDAYS.

How to Request the Letter

  1. Open a conversation with the Multiverse Support Team through the Help Centre.

  2. Ask for a Letter of Confirmation of Apprenticeship.

  3. Confirm the details that must appear on the letter when Support asks you.

  4. Check your email inbox for the letter, including your spam or junk folder.

What to Do If a Verifier Will Not Accept the Letter

Some organisations ask you to confirm 15 or more hours of education each week. Multiverse generally cannot sign these forms. If a verifier does not accept the confirmation letter, you can provide your enrolment email instead. You can also provide your apprenticeship agreement, signed by you and Multiverse.
