Your feedback is formative, meaning it's designed to help you learn and develop. If you receive feedback that is unclear or that you disagree with, here are the steps you should take.
Step 1: Use the Built-in Reflection Tool
When you first open your feedback, you are required to reflect on it. This is your first opportunity to voice your thoughts.
If you agree or somewhat agree with the feedback: You can make changes and resubmit your project for another review.
If you disagree with the feedback: Select the "Disagree" option. Use the comment box to clearly and constructively explain why you disagree. For example, "The feedback states I did not provide evidence for K2, but I believe I demonstrated this in the second paragraph of Task 1 where I explained...". Your submission will be reviewed within 10 days.
Step 2: Talk to Atlas or your Coach for further guidance
After submitting your reflection, if you need further help, Atlas, your 24/7 AI coach, is on hand, or you can speak to your cohort coach.
They can help you in several ways:
They can help interpret the feedback and rephrase it in a way that makes more sense to you.
They can discuss your work with you and provide their own perspective.
They can help you create an action plan for how to implement the feedback effectively on your next submission.
Your coach is there to support your learning journey, so don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it.
