How do I access project feedback and resubmit?

Overview of Project Review Types

Projects on The Platform are evaluated via two primary methods to support Applied Learning.

  • Instant Feedback: Powered by Atlas (The AI Coach), this feature provides unlimited, immediate reviews to help The Apprentice improve work rapidly.

  • Manual Review: Certain projects require evaluation by a human marker. These reviews take longer to process, and The Apprentice will receive a notification once the feedback is available.

Step 1: Accessing Feedback on The Platform

After The Apprentice submits a project, automated feedback from Atlas is typically generated within five minutes. The Apprentice must locate the project page to view the result. The action button text varies based on the evaluation:

  • "Continue project": This button appears if the project status is Needs More Work.

  • "Reflect on feedback": This button appears if the project status is Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectations.

Step 2: The Mandatory Reflection Process

Before resubmitting or finalising a project, The Apprentice must complete a reflection step. This data helps Multiverse improve the Applied Learning experience.

  1. Indicate Agreement: The Apprentice must select Agree, Somewhat Agree, or Disagree regarding the feedback provided.

  2. Add a Reflection Comment: The Apprentice must provide a brief written reflection. If Disagree was selected, The Apprentice should explain the reasoning to assist the expert review teams.

  3. Submit Reflection: Click the submission button to move to the final stage.

Step 3: Resubmitting Project Work

The Apprentice may resubmit projects as many times as necessary to achieve a Meets Expectations status.

  • Via Feedback Path: After submitting the reflection in Step 2, a "Back to submission" button will appear. Clicking this returns The Apprentice to the project page where they can edit and resubmit.

  • Via Unlocked Path: If a project is Unlocked for Editing by The Coach, the status automatically changes to Needs More Work. The Apprentice can navigate directly to the project page, make edits, and click Resubmit without the standard feedback reflection process.

Important Note on Interim Grades

Any grades or feedback markers received during the "Unlocked for Editing" or "Needs More Work" stages are procedural markers. These are intended to guide The Apprentice toward improvement and do not represent the final evaluation of the programme.
