An Update to Apprentice Status Management
We are evolving our apprentice status management process. This change is designed to give you greater clarity and more timely updates, freeing up our shared time to focus on what truly matters: supporting apprentices to give them the best learning experience.
What is Apprentice Status Management?
Apprentice Status Management is the process of pausing or stopping an apprentice's record based on the need for a Break in Learning or a Withdrawal.
What This Means for You
Speed: You'll receive prompt, standardised notifications about any proposed changes. This ensures the process is faster and the information you receive is always clear and consistent.
Visibility: When a change is suggested, you'll have a 5-day window to review, approve, or ask for further information.
Support: The Customer Success team will remain fully informed and is always on hand to provide support when you need it.
How the Process Works
Apprentice, Manager & Coach work together to understand if a withdrawal or BIL is required
Coach submits recommendation on internal Multiverse platform
This triggers an update to the designated point of contact in your organisation
You will then have 5 working days to approve, reject, or ask for more information.
