How to Book a Coaching Session or Technical Learning Session

Understanding Your Support Options

To ensure you get the right help at the right time, it’s helpful to know who to turn to:

  • Multiverse Atlas: Best for general information on your programme and your first go-to for comprehensive Technical help. Always try asking Atlas your question before you reach out to a Coach, as it can provide instant answers to a lot of questions!

  • Your Coach: Best for guidance on your overall apprenticeship journey, applying your learning to your role, and meeting your programme behaviours and milestones.

  • Your Instructor: Best for specific technical blockers, complex formulas, coding challenges, or data visualisations. This is available to book through Atlas once you’ve exhausted its vast knowledge bank.

Booking with Your Coach

Currently, you cannot book coaching sessions directly through the Multiverse platform. Instead, your coach is responsible for organising these sessions.

There are a couple of ways your coach might get in touch:

  • Direct Contact: Your coach may reach out to you personally to arrange a session via Coach Chat.

  • Calendly Link: They might send a Calendly scheduling link through a cohort announcement.

Need to book a new session or reschedule with your Coach?

If you need to book a new coaching session or rearrange an existing one, the best way to do so is to contact your coach directly via Coach Chat.

Booking with an Instructor

Your instructor will reach out and be available in different ways to your Coach:

  • Cohort announcements: They may reach out to your whole cohort via Coach Chat with updates to things like sessions, learning guidance or technical updates to your programme.

  • Technical Learning Support: Instructors make sure they put aside time every week to be available to support you with specific technical challenges. This is on a first come, first served basis.

Need to book a new session or reschedule with your Instructor?

If you need to book a Technical Support session, head to Atlas and talk through your problem. If it’s unable to help you, it’ll provide a link for you to book in with an instructor directly.

If no instructors are available, then we recommend that you try again at a later time, or if urgent - and Atlas is unable to support - then you should message your coach.

If you need to reschedule a Technical Learning Support session, head to your booking confirmation email from Calendly, and reschedule from there.

How to Find Cohort Announcements or Chat directly with Your Coach

Here's how to connect with your coach or view announcements on the platform:

  1. Click the Coach Chat bubble in the top right hand corner of your learning platform.

  2. Under the 'Guidance' section, you'll see your coach's name. Click on it to send them a message.

  3. Under 'Messages', you'll find 'Cohort Announcements'. Click here to see all the latest updates from your coach or instructor.
