Access the OTJ Tracker
The Apprentice must log into The Platform at home.multiverse.io.
Navigation: Select the 'Off the Job' tab located in the left-hand navigation menu.
Availability: The 'Off the Job' tab becomes active only after the Apprentice's official Flying Start date. Entries cannot be recorded prior to this milestone.
Record Activity Details
For every qualifying OTJ Training session, The Apprentice must provide the following data points:
Activity Description: Provide a clear, concise summary of the learning achieved and how it relates to the apprenticeship KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours).
Category Selection: Choose the most accurate OTJ Category (e.g., Applied Learning, Coach Session, or Self-Study) from the dropdown menu.
Duration: Record the exact time spent on the activity in hours and minutes.
Final Submission
