My account has been blocked after multiple failed login attempts

It can be frustrating when you're locked out of your account! If you've tried to log in several times unsuccessfully, our system automatically blocks your account temporarily as a security measure.

What happens when my account is blocked?

After multiple incorrect login attempts, you'll be unable to try logging in again immediately. Usually, it takes around 30 minutes or so for the system to refresh, and you'll be able to attempt to log in again after this time.

What should I do if I can't wait or have forgotten my password?

If you don't want to wait for the system to refresh or if you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to your login page.

  2. Click on ‘I forgot my password’.

  3. Enter your email address in the field provided.

  4. Click the ‘Send reset link’ button.

  5. Check your email inbox for an email containing a password reset link.

  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

If you don't see the password reset email in your main inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes, these emails can end up there. If still unable to locate it, please reach out to our support team.
