What Happens When an Account Is Blocked
After multiple incorrect login attempts, the Apprentice or Apprentice Manager will be unable to attempt another login immediately. The system releases the block automatically after 30 minutes.
How to Regain Access
There are two options.
Option 1: Wait for the block to lift
Wait 30 minutes, then attempt to log in again. Make sure to enter the correct password. If the password is not known, use Option 2 instead.
Option 2: Reset the password immediately
Go to the login page of the Multiverse platform.
Click Forgot your password?
Type the email address linked to the account.
Click Send reset link.
Open the reset email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
For full guidance on password resets and first-time activation, see the article I can't log in or reset my password.
The Reset Email Has Not Arrived
If the password reset email does not appear in the inbox:
Check the junk and spam folders.
If using a work email address, ask the IT team to allow the @multiverse.io domain. Corporate email filters are the most common cause of missing emails.
If the email still does not arrive, contact the Multiverse Support Team via Atlas.
