Completing Onboarding Modules

Overview of Onboarding Requirements

The Onboarding Modules are the primary requirement for an Apprentice to officially confirm their place on a Multiverse programme. These online modules are assigned once a programme place is approved and must be finished prior to the Flying Start kick-off session.

  • Location: Access via the Task List on the Multiverse Platform homepage (home.multiverse.io).

  • Timeline: Modules are available at least 48 hours before the Flying Start session. The Apprentice will receive an email notification when modules are ready.

  • Purpose: Completion of these modules officially triggers the Apprentice’s enrolment and provides essential knowledge for Applied Learning.

Step-by-Step Module Completion Process

  1. Log In: The Apprentice must log in to the Multiverse Platform using application credentials.

  2. Locate Task List: Navigate to the homepage to find the Task List section.

  3. Identify Modules: Locate the two mandatory modules:

    • Onboarding Module Part 1 (Welcome to Multiverse): General introduction to the community and tools. (Note: Returning Apprentices may have this waived).

    • Onboarding Module Part 2 (Programme Specific): Tailored introduction to the specific apprenticeship curriculum.

  4. Confirm Completion: The Apprentice must click the completion button on the final page of each module to record enrolment data.

Deadlines and Flying Start Absence

Attendance at the live Flying Start session is expected. If The Apprentice cannot attend the live session, the following enrolment deadlines apply:

  • The Enrolment Deadline: Both modules must be completed within one week of the scheduled Flying Start session, or by the end of the current calendar month, whichever date is earlier.

  • Accessing Recordings (Hello App): Navigate to the "Live Sessions" page, select the "Past" tab, and click "View Recording."

  • Accessing Recordings (Microsoft Teams): The session facilitator will distribute the recording via Teams or email.

Post-Onboarding Expectations

Once the Flying Start date passes and modules are finished, The Coach will contact The Apprentice with further instructions. The Apprentice should continue to monitor the Multiverse Platform for additional onboarding tasks.
