Completing Onboarding Modules

Updated this week

Your Guide to Multiverse Onboarding Modules

Welcome to the Multiverse community! We're thrilled to have you on board.

Completing your two onboarding modules is the most important first step in your apprenticeship. These modules will be assigned to you after your programme place is approved and are designed to prepare you for your live Flying Start kick-off session. They are also the key to confirming your place on the programme.

At a Glance:

  • What: Two online onboarding modules.

  • Where: In your Task List on the Multiverse homepage.

  • When: Your modules can appear any time after your programme approval, but will be available at least 48 hours before your Flying Start (often much earlier). You'll receive an email as soon as they are ready for you to complete.

  • Why: To give you the essential knowledge for a successful start and to officially confirm your enrolment.

How to Complete Your Onboarding Modules: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Homepage

  • Go to home.multiverse.io.

  • Log in using the same email and password you used for your application.

2. Find Your Modules

  • On your homepage, locate your Task List.

  • You will see modules marked as "Onboarding."

3. Understand Their Importance & Complete Both. Completing these modules is the action that officially confirms your place and enrols you in your apprenticeship programme.

  • Onboarding Module Part 1: Welcome to Multiverse

    • A general introduction to the Multiverse experience, our community, and the tools you'll be using.

    • Note: If you are a returning Multiverse apprentice, you may not see this module.

  • Onboarding Module Part 2: Welcome to the [Programme Name] Programme

    • A tailored introduction to your specific apprenticeship and what you will be learning.

4. Mark Each Activity as Complete

  • This is a crucial final step! To ensure your progress and enrolment are recorded, you must click the completion button on the final page of each module.

What If I Miss My Flying Start Session?

If you are unable to attend the live session, completing your modules by the deadline is essential to secure your place.

  • Your Enrolment Deadline: As noted above, module completion is what officially enrols you. If you miss the Flying Start, you must complete both modules within one week of your originally scheduled session, or by the end of that calendar month, whichever is earlier.

  • (Optional) Catch Up on Content: After completing the modules, you can also watch a recording, which will be shared via the platform or via email.
