Congratulations on being approved for an apprenticeship programme! We're excited to help you get started on your journey with Multiverse. One essential step in this process is completing your onboarding modules. Here’s a guide to help you navigate through them.
What to Expect
Approximately one week before your Flying Start, two onboarding modules will appear for you on the My Multiverse learning platform at my.multiverse.io. Completing these modules ahead of your Flying Start will help you grasp the essentials you need to make the most of your live session.
Steps to Complete Your Onboarding Modules
Log In
Use the same credentials you used for your application to log in to My Multiverse.
Select Your Programme
Once logged in, select your programme name at the top of the page. This will take you to your programme’s dashboard, where you can find your onboarding modules.
Complete the Modules
Look for the modules marked "Onboarding" and make sure to complete both of them:
Onboarding Module Part 1: Welcome to MV – This module introduces you to the overall Multiverse experience. If you've previously learned with us, you might not see this module.
Onboarding Module Part 2: Welcome to [Programme Name] Programme – This is a specific module tailored to introduce you to your chosen programme.
Finish Each Activity
Be sure to finish the activity on each module page to register your completion. This step ensures that you’ve completed this part of the onboarding process.

If your Flying Start is less than one week away and you can’t see the onboarding modules, or see a message such as 'you are not enrolled in any programmes' don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
