For candidates who are currently employed and looking to do an apprenticeship to enhance skills as part of their current role: we know you will be eager to hear the outcome of your application and we are doing everything we can to let you know as soon as possible. Read on to find out more about our application outcome process.
When will I hear back on the status of my application?
After you submit your application, you will see that the status of your application on the homepage appears as “Pending”.
This will be updated once our Admissions team has reviewed your application and can update the outcome.
Please do not worry if your application shows as pending for a while, there may be a few reasons for this:
We may require further information to complete the assessment. If we require any additional information, we will contact you via email.
Depending on the agreement with your employer, we may not show results on the homepage until all applications have been received and assessed. In this case, you can expect to hear the final outcome soon after the application deadline.
Otherwise, we communicate outcomes periodically in the weeks leading up to the application deadline. You can find the application deadline in the original sign-up email you were sent from Multiverse.
Please do not worry if you have not heard back from us immediately - as long as you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application outcome in time before the apprenticeship start date.

Frequently Asked Questions
My colleague has found out their application outcome but I haven’t yet, when can I expect to hear?
If someone you work with has already heard from us, you can rest assured that it won’t be long until you also hear. The additional wait will be due to how we are processing applications through our system; application outcome times can be impacted depending on when you submitted your application, and whether there is more information we need from you, your manager, or your employer.
