How to get approved for a different or second programme area

Updated over 3 months ago

Overview

If you’re a candidate interested in exploring alternate programme areas, we’re here to help! Follow these simple steps to get started. Just a friendly reminder: Multiverse recommends focusing on 1-2 programme areas that align with your long-term career goals for the best results.

Changing Your Programme or Getting Approved for a Different Programme

Important Note for UK Candidates: According to the UK Department for Education policy, you cannot enrol in a programme that you've already studied or gained experience in. This is known as "overlap". For example, if you’ve already completed a data-related A-Level, you may not be eligible for the Multiverse Data Fellowship programme.

Here’s how to make the change:

  1. Pick Your Programme: Decide which new programme you’d like to switch to or get approved for. Remember, focusing on 1-2 programme areas that match your long-term career goals is our best advice.

  2. Update Your Profile: Ensure your profile is up-to-date and highlights the skills and qualifications relevant to the new programme areas. Your profile will be reviewed by employers to determine your fit for interviews. Ensuring your profile aligns well with the desired programme will help secure the right role for you.

  3. Reach Out to Support: After updating your profile, get in touch with our Support Team via the widget in the bottom right-hand corner. Let us know that you have updated your profile, which programmes you’re interested in, and that you’re ready for secondary approval.

We’ll review your request and consider you for the other programme areas accordingly.
