Answers to FAQs regarding roles advertised on the Job Board

Updated over a week ago

Overview

The Multiverse Candidate Job Board is where you can find all the current job openings available to you. Only approved candidates can apply for roles within the specified programmes and locations. To explore opportunities, simply visit the job boards for the U.S. or the U.K. via these links:

We’re constantly adding new roles, so make sure to check back often. If you don’t see a position in your program or location right now, don’t worry—it just means there are no current openings. Occasionally, there might be remote opportunities available, so keep an eye out for those too!

Job Locations and Remote Opportunities

Do you have remote jobs, or when will you get remote jobs?

  • Each job description will let you know if the apprenticeship is in person or remote. Be sure to visit our job board regularly to stay updated on the latest opportunities. Jobs are posted on a rolling basis as we partner with different employer companies. We’ll also send you email alerts about roles that match your profile. If you do not see any remote openings, it means that there are none available currently.

Why do companies prioritize candidates who are nearby?

  • Companies often prefer local candidates for a few reasons:

    • Better flexibility and availability: Local candidates can more easily participate in collaboration, networking, and making an impact.

    • Less chance of withdrawing: Candidates who live closer are less likely to withdraw from the apprenticeship due to the stress and tiresome commute.

Relocation

Are companies okay with hiring candidates who want to relocate?

  • Yes, companies may consider candidates willing to relocate on a case-by-case basis. This decision usually depends on your skills, experience, and fit for the role.

How can you show you're serious about relocating?

  • If you’re open to relocating, make sure to clearly express your readiness and commitment in your application. However, please note that neither Multiverse nor our employer partners offer financial assistance for relocation, so it might be a good idea to only consider roles outside your area if you have friends or family in your desired location.

Role-Specific Information

Why can’t Multiverse disclose the hiring headcount to candidates?

  • The hiring headcount often changes based on employer needs and the pool of candidates. Regardless of the number of available positions, always put your best foot forward using the resources available to you.

Can you provide any general info about the team or department size?

  • While we might not have specific details about the team size, feel free to ask about this during your interview with the employer. It’s a fantastic chance to get more insight into the team you might join.

Is the salary listed correctly?

  • Salaries, including benefits, are decided through a partnership between Multiverse and the employer. These listings are typically final and are designed to ensure a liveable wage in the job's location while maintaining fair and equitable offerings.

Application Deadlines

What if a job listing has expired? Can I still apply?

  • If a job link isn’t accessible or the listing has been removed from the job board, the application period has ended. Job descriptions include specific deadlines that match the company's timeline for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
