If your results from the Situational Judgement Test revealed possible areas for improvement, you will be prompted to complete a Hireflix interview. The Hireflix interview is a crucial step following the Situational Judgement Test, allowing you to share more about your interest in apprenticeships. This recorded interview assesses competencies like Grit, Curiosity, Interpersonal Skills, and Commitment in a one-way format.


Hireflix Recording Troubleshooting

I finished the recording but I am unable to proceed; what should I do?

  • Scoring and updating of Hireflix results are reviewed manually and are estimated to take up to 7 working days. If upon review there is noted room for improvement, our team will provide feedback for one re-take.

The video isn't loading; what should I do?

  • If you encounter video loading issues, follow these steps:

    • Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure a stable connection and try refreshing or switching browsers.

    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Solve temporary issues by clearing cache and cookies in browser settings.

    • Disable Browser Extensions: Temporarily disable conflicting browser extensions.

    • Update Your Browser: Use the latest browser version to prevent compatibility problems.

    • Try Another Device: Access Hireflix from a different device to determine if the problem lies with the device you were initially using.
