Encountering technical glitches? Here are some steps to try:

  1. Verify your internet connection.

  4. Update your web browser (Chrome is recommended).

  5. Temporarily disable any browser extensions.

Issues Applying for Roles

Profile is not approved:

Profile is locked or showing an old profile:

If you were previously a Multiverse apprentice (for example, you completed an apprenticeship, or you withdrew/were made redundant and did not complete your apprenticeship) and your profile is locked or showing your old profile:

  • Get in touch with your previous coach, and ask them to provide for an internal recommendation to unlock your profile. The recommendation should include:

    • How you performed previously.

    • Your apprenticeship completion status.

    • Reasons for any withdrawal, termination, or redundancy.

  • If your coach is unavailable, use the support widget at the bottom right-hand corner to contact our support team.
