Through the Community Hub, you can access hundreds of events designed to help you practise skills for your apprenticeship, develop your leadership abilities, and network with other apprentices and alumni. This article addressed frequently asked questions about attending Community Events.
How to Access Event Invitations
Joining community events requires accessing the appropriate event links, which are distributed through several channels:
Registration Confirmation Email: Once you register for an event, you will receive an email from "Multiverse Community" confirming your registration.
Google Calendar Invite: These invites are sent up to three days before the event is held.
Reminder Email: A reminder is sent at least one hour before the event starts.
If you registered on the day of the event, you might miss the Google calendar invite and/or the reminder email, due to their scheduled delivery times. If you suspect this has occurred, please contact the event organiser. The relevant contact details can be found on the event’s page within the Community Hub.
How to Cancel Your Ticket
If your plans change and you need to cancel your attendance, you can do so easily by following these steps:
Click the profile picture icon located at the top right-hand corner of the Community Hub.
Select ‘My Events’ from the dropdown menu.
Locate the event ticket you wish to cancel and click ‘See Order’.
Finally, click ‘Cancel Complete Order’ to complete the process.
Accessing Event Recordings
Community event recordings are made available to ensure you can catch up on events you missed or revisit sessions for further learning.
Upload time: Recordings are typically uploaded within 5 working days following the event.
Where to find recordings: You can access these recordings either directly on the individual event page or by visiting the Event Recordings folder.
