How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the log in page, then click 'I forgot my password'.

  2. Enter your email address and click ‘Send reset link’. Please then check your inbox and follow your instructions on the screen.

  3. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email.

Please note, your password will be rejected if:

  • It is less than 10 characters

  • It is a commonly used password (eg 123456789) - in this case, you will be notified that your password is too weak

  • Our system detects that this password has been previously used in another site with a data breach - you will be warned of this and told to choose a different password

  • I haven’t received my link

    • Be sure to check your junk and spam inboxes if you haven't received the email. It's possible that your company has blocked our email address, in which case you should reach out to your IT team for assistance.
