Summary
Yoodli is an AI-powered communication coaching tool used on the AI Solutions Builder (AISB) programme. The Apprentice uses Yoodli to practise conversations and complete project tasks. Access is provided as part of the programme — the Apprentice does not need to purchase or download anything separately.
How the Apprentice Receives Access to Yoodli
Multiverse sends a Yoodli invitation email to the Apprentice during the onboarding process. The invitation should arrive shortly after Flying Start (first session). The Apprentice must use this email to create a Yoodli account before Flying Start.
If the Apprentice already has a Yoodli account, they will receive an invitation to join the Multiverse organisation. The Apprentice must accept this invitation to access programme content.
How to Create a Yoodli Account
Open the Yoodli invitation email sent during onboarding from [email protected].
Click the “Accept invitation” link in the email. (See image below)
3. Follow the on-screen steps to “Join the organisation” and set up an account.
Important: Sign up with the same email address you received in your invite.
4. Once the account is set up, the Apprentice can access Yoodli directly from the programme.
How to Access Yoodli from the Platform
The Apprentice needs to create the account first to be able to access Yoodli activity from The Platform. To open Yoodli during a project task:
Navigate to the relevant project page in The Platform.
Click the Yoodli link on the project page.
Sign in to Yoodli if prompted.
Follow the instructions in project task sections, complete the required Yoodli task, and return to the Multiverse Platform.
I Have Not Received My Yoodli Invitation Email
If the invitation email has not arrived, follow these steps in order.
Check the spam or junk folder in the email account.
Search for an email from @yoodli.ai or @speak.yoodli.ai — the email may have been filtered.
Ask the employer IT team to allowlist the domains @yoodli.ai and @speak.yoodli.ai.
Note: Allowlisting the domains is a mandatory requirement listed in the AI Solutions Builder Tech Requirements and must be in place before Flying Start.If the invitation email is still missing after completing steps 1 to 3, contact Multiverse via the Support Hub to request a new invitation.
I Have Received an Invitation but the Link Does Not Work
Yoodli invitation links expire after a set period. If the link in the invitation email is no longer active, contact Multiverse via the Support Hub. A new invitation can be sent by the programme team.
