If you have completed the Skill Scan and the AI Solutions Builder (AISB) programme is not showing in your recommendations, this article explains why β and what you can do next.
How Programme Availability Works
The programmes that appear in your Skill Scan recommendations are determined by two things:
Your employer's agreement with Multiverse. Employers select which programmes are available for their cohort. Not every Multiverse programme is offered by every employer.
Your Skill Scan results. The Platform uses your responses to assess which programmes are a strong match for your current role and learning context.
Both conditions must be met for a programme to appear. If either is not in place, the programme will not show β regardless of your interest in it.
Why AISB Has Additional Availability Criteria
The AI Solutions Builder programme is currently available to a limited number of employer accounts. This is intentional: Multiverse is scaling access to AISB carefully to ensure every Apprentice on the programme has the right tools, workplace support, and conditions in place to succeed.
This means that even if AISB is a strong personal interest, it will only appear in your recommendations if your employer's account has been configured to include it for this intake.
What To Do If AISB Is Not Showing
If you believe AISB should be available to you β for example, because a Multiverse representative has discussed it with you or your employer β the right next step is to speak with your employer's apprenticeship contact or line manager.
They will be able to confirm whether AISB is part of your employer's current programme offering and, if so, raise it with your Multiverse Account Team to ensure your application journey reflects that.
The Multiverse Support Team is not able to unlock access to AISB directly. Programme availability is managed at the account level by the commercial team.
Other Programmes Worth Exploring
If AISB is not currently available through your employer, there may be other programmes well suited to your goals. Your Skill Scan recommendations are a good starting point. Your Coach or the Multiverse Account Team can also help you explore the best fit for your role and career direction.
