Overview of the Missing Chat Interface Issue

The Multiverse Engineering Team has deployed a permanent fix for the technical issue preventing Atlas and Coach Chat from appearing on the user homepage. To restore functionality, Apprentices must manually refresh their local browser environments to sync with the latest Platform update.

Steps to Restore Atlas and Coach Chat Visibility

If the Atlas or Coach Chat icons are missing, follow these technical steps to force a connection to the updated server assets:

  1. Perform a Hard Refresh:

    • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.

    • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R.

  2. Clear Browser Cache: Access your browser settings and clear the cached images and files to ensure The Platform is not loading outdated local scripts.
    ​

  3. Switch Browsers: If the issue persists, access The Platform using Google Chrome, as it is the optimised environment for Applied Learning tools.

Escalating Unresolved Visibility Issues

If the Apprentice has completed the full Onboarding sequence and the tools remain invisible after a hard refresh, the Apprentice must contact Multiverse Support.

Requirement for Support Tickets

The Apprentice must include their specific Cohort Name in the support request to expedite the investigation of their Platform profile.
