I have made a mistake in an earlier section of my application

If you have made a mistake in your application and there is no way to navigate back, you'll need to delete your account and reapply again. This also applies if your application was rejected due to a mistake in your application.

โš ๏ธ Important: This action is permanent and will delete all application progress. This cannot be undone.

Step 1: Delete Your Current Account

  1. Tap Account in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. In the designated field, type DELETE ACCOUNT.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Step 2: Start a New Application

Once your account has been deleted, you can create a new one using your original sign-up link and reapply.
