This programme is designed to build the next generation of business leaders, empowering them to lead high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and leverage AI in their workflows. Learners can enhance their journey by choosing optional Women in Leadership modules, offering specialised learning, women-only coaching, and peer networking. It is part of our Applied Leadership Academy.

Transformative Leadership Indicative Delivery Model
Weekly delivery model, approx. 8-9 hours per week total commitment. The exact time commitment will be outlined in the training plan that apprentices will receive at the start of their apprenticeship.
Structured Learning (~30% - ~2-3 hours/week):
Asynchronous learning: Online, self-paced content that sets the foundation of skills for the module.
Live workshops: Instructor-led, interactive workshops that dives deeper and reinforces the asynchronous content.
Group coaching: Structured coach & peer support on project deliverables.
Working in existing role (~70% - ~5-6 hours/week):
Coach support: Includes tutoring, progress reviews, and other individual/group support.
Project and applied learning: Monthly assignment and application of learning to apprentices’ existing day-to-day activities.
