This guide provides everything you need to log in to the Multiverse platform, troubleshoot access, and complete your apprentice's progress reviews.
Why Progress Reviews Matter
As an apprentice manager, conducting regular progress reviews is a key part of your apprentice's formal training. More importantly, these reviews are your best tool for aligning their training with your business objectives. They provide a structured opportunity to give feedback, resolve challenges, and ensure the skills they learn deliver real value to your business.
Step 1: Logging In to the Manager Portal
To get started, it is crucial to use the correct web address for managers.
Correct Manager Portal: https://platform.multiverse.io/apprentice-manager/home
Common Mistake: Avoid using my.multiverse.io, as this is the apprentice portal and will not grant you access to your manager dashboard.
For Managers Who Are Also Apprentices: You will use the same manager portal linked above to complete reviews for the apprentices you support. If you need help navigating between your learner and manager dashboards, please contact our Support Team for guidance.
Can't Log In or Reset Your Password?
A common reason for being unable to log in or receive password reset emails is that you have not completed registration. If your account is not fully registered, the system will not send a password reset link.
✅ How to Complete Your Registration:
Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from Multiverse and click the link. If your link is still valid, you can continue registration.
Link Expired: If the link has expired, you will be shown an option to send a new one. Once you’ve done that, click the new link and complete registration.
Unable to Find Email: Contact our Support Team (via the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this page) and explain that you need a new invitation email sent.
Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from Multiverse and click the verification link within it to complete the process.
Once your account is registered, you will be able to log in successfully.
Step 2: Completing The Progress Review Process
You will receive email notifications when a review is due. Once logged in, follow these steps.
🔍 How to Find an Open Review
View Your Apprentices: After logging in, you will land on your homepage, which displays a list of your apprentices.
Locate Progress Reviews: On the navigation bar on the left-hand side, click on the Progress Reviews section.
Access the Form: This page lists all upcoming reviews. Click on the relevant review to begin.
Not seeing an open Progress Review for one of your apprentices?
If the apprentice is in your profile but no actions are available in the "Progress Review" section, the review might be waiting for input from the apprentice or coach.
Can't see an apprentice in your account?
If an apprentice you manage is not visible in your account, this usually means your manager details aren't updated. In this case, please contact our support team via the chatbot at the bottom right of this page, and they'll be able to amend the association.
⏩ What You Need to Do: The Two-Stage Process
Stage 1: Submit Your Feedback
You will be asked to complete a short form, which typically takes no more than 10 minutes.
You can save your responses as a draft and edit them as many times as you like before you finalise them.
When you are ready, click "Submit".
Important: Submission is Final. Once you click "Submit", the review form is closed, and you cannot make any further edits to your responses.
Stage 2: Acknowledge the Final Outcome
This step is typically required for asynchronous (self-paced) reviews or if a scheduled live meeting was missed.
You will receive an email asking you to review the coach's notes and acknowledge the outcome.
To do this, return to the "Progress reviews" page on the platform.
Review the information and click to indicate whether you agree or disagree. Your part is complete once this is done.
A Note on Live (Synchronous) Meetings:
A live, synchronous progress review meeting may be initiated by the coach, particularly if an apprentice is identified as being off-track or requires extra support, or if you disagree with their rating. When a live meeting is scheduled, your participation is crucial. During this discussion, the final rating will be agreed upon, and the coach will record the outcome.
