If you’re a manager who oversees apprentices, you might be wondering if you can embark on your own apprenticeship journey. Great news! As long as your employer is on board, you can be both an apprentice manager and an apprentice at the same time. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the process.

Step 1: Create Your Candidate Account

Since your email address is already linked to your apprentice manager account, we recommend signing up for your apprenticeship using a personal email address. This keeps ensures a smooth application process!

How to Sign Up

  1. Use a Personal Email: This helps avoid any confusion with your current accounts.

  2. Provide a Company Joining Code: To link your new candidate account with your employer’s account, you’ll need a company joining code. This code is typically included in the initial email sent out when your company partnered with Multiverse to offer apprenticeships.

  3. Can’t Find the Code? No worries! If the email is lost in the abyss of your inbox, simply reach out to our support team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

Step 2: Merging Your Accounts

Once you’ve successfully signed up and (hopefully) been accepted into your chosen apprenticeship programme, you can have both your apprentice manager and apprentice views together in one place when logging in with your work email address - simply reach out to our support team to request the account merge.
